Who are we?
CompanYoung is a creative media company specialised in how the youth navigates digital and social media. Through our 4 business units we create and manage complete attraction and recruitment campaigns targeting the young segment. They all contribute to make CompanYoung A/S a full-service partner for companies, educational institutions and industries that want to attract young talents.

In CompanYoung we go the extra mile for and put great pride in the collaboration with our customers. But we could never deliver our promises to the customer if we didn't have the brilliant and strong colleagues to pull through. We therefore take each other seriously - we believe in freedom and responsibility and in facing the challenges together.

At CompanYoung we cultivate and grow our comradery. We therefore host many social activities in CompanYoung to ensure there is a high level of well-being and close community within the company.
Every quarter we have a large friday bar at CompanYoung. We also boast a number of other activities such as the mandatory Christmas dinner party, "the best company football team in the world (probably), CompanYoung FC", the annual DHL relay. Furthermore, we have an annual summer trip where we take a couple of days off to have some fun together.

How do you experience the collaboration between the departments?
"As a project manager I need to maintain an overview of all phases of our campaigns and this requires me to have broad multidisciplinary collaborations with all our specialists - that is the best thing about the role of project manager! Being a generalist and having a holistic view of things, while being able to trust my colleagues with the specialist competencies to drive the work in creating amazing and thorough campaings - THAT is cool!"
How is it to work at CompanYoung?
"It is cool to work in CompanYoung. I don't think you can find a more energetic, dynamic and competent workplace anywhere else. It is always fun to be at work, however, it is also amazing to be part of a company which is always developing and improving itself. We are always on the lookout for ways of improving."

CompanYoung Academy
In CompanYoung we put a lot of effort into preparing our new coworkers for their new job. Therefore, we have created an onboarding programme mandatory for all new employees. This includes both interns, student assistants and all our full time employees.
The programme includes 8 different modules which you will go through over your first few weeks at the office. Furthermore, your manager will ensure that you are able to navigate and use all the necessary systems and that you are familiar with all procedures for your specific department.
